PRICING & REGISTRATION

Registration fee is 80 euros
Includes: Pre Party, Marathon, After Party, drinks, snacks, fruits and croissants during all marathon.
Pizza at dinner time is offered on Sunday.

Meals are optional. You can add 2 brunches (Sat-Sun) and/or 2 dinners (Fri-Sat) prepared by the hotel at the special price of 15 euro each one.
This price is valid only if you reserve the meals during the registration process.
You can also buy the meals directly at the hotel but the price will be 20 euro each one.
Brunch: 12:00 - 14:00
Dinner: 20:00 - 22:00

READ CAREFULLY!!
The "first come first served" principle won't be applied... so keep calm, and register carefully.
SINGLE REGISTRATION is possible but it is better in couple. If you are planning to travel with your partner, pay attention to compile the registration form mention your partner’s name. Both of you must register by the registration form and mention the partner's name.
DON'T FORGET TO DO IT!

Within 15 days, accepted people will receive an Email including all the payment details.
Your entrance in the marathon will be guaranteed ONLY after the FULL amount is transferred in the bank account and you receive the Final Confirmation Email, which is actually your pass!
Couple registrations should pay both before receiving the “YOU ARE IN” email.
All the amount, included meals, has to be paid in advance.

COVID-19 policy

Is possible to participate at the event only to:

EU citizens with EU digital COVID certificate (Green Pass) obtained with vaccination (not older than 6 months) or recovery (not older than 6 months). If you have taken the third dose there is no time limit.
Non-EU citizens with vaccination certificate (with EMA recognized vaccines) not older than 6 months or recovery certificate not older than 6 months. If you have taken the third dose there is no time limit.

Cancellation, refund and substitution policy

Refund is possible only if the regulations related to COVID-19 change.

Substitutions have to be communicated and approved by the organizers team. It will be a participant responsibility to find a substitute that has to be accepted by the organizers team and It will be a participant responsibility as well to get the money from him/her.
